The Reserve Experience
The Reserve spans approximately 12,000 square feet across three upper floors, with each level offering six spacious bedrooms (most with king beds, one ADA with a queen) and private en-suite baths. Common Areas, which include chef-style kitchens, feature Kitchenaid appliances, custom cabinetry, quartzite surfaces, and dining space for 15–20 guests per floor. Tall ceilings, expansive windows, and natural light create an open, welcoming atmosphere for large groups.
Design throughout blends historic charm with modern luxury—think smoky original brick, moody tiles, custom art, and bronze hallway mirrors. The 4th floor boasts a dramatic skylight, double steel islands, and a cozy custom banquette. Additional touches include Brizo fixtures, Emtek hardware, concrete sinks in public baths, and stained hardwood floors. Each common lounge includes wet bars, TVs, poker tables, and plush seating for stylish group entertainment.
